No Refund Policy

When you pre-book a session or an event, your payment serves as a non-refundable deposit to save your space. This ensures that no other clients/exhibitors can book that time slot.

If you are concerned that you may not be able to come to your session, then please wait to book your session, so that others may book that slot in advance. 

If we must cancel your session for any reason, we will either fully refund you or offer you a new time slot, depending on what you prefer.
